D'Annie's Farm near Adelaide.

Annie, and her off-grid earthbag farm are very inspiring, and I'd say that joining any of these workshops and experiencing Annie's world could be a life-changing experience. You won't actually find most of what she's doing online. Like so many gifted, hardworking and tough-as-nails mud builders, Annie doesn't have the time to get into Mudfluencing, so I'm afraid you're going to have to take it from me:)
D'Annie's farm includes multiple earthbag projects, and Annie has used both lime and clay plasters all over the farm. It's such an honour to have been invited by her to run a couple of workshops.
